1. How can I place an order with you?
You can shop conveniently by adding your desired items to the shopping cart and then proceeding to checkout. There, you enter your delivery address and preferred payment method—that's it!
2. Do I have to create a customer account to place an order?
No, a customer account is not required. You can also order as a guest without any problems.

4. How much are the shipping costs?
Currently, shipping is completely free, regardless of order value or delivery location.
5. How long does shipping take?
Order processing takes 0–2 business days. Delivery time is 6–12 business days on average within US.
6. When will I receive my tracking information?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This usually happens about one day after shipment. You can check the status at any time via the “Track Order” menu item.
7. The delivery time has passed, what should I do?
If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please write to us at info@zoofio.com, and we will help you immediately.
8. What happens if items are missing or damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if a product is missing or has arrived damaged. We will find a solution as quickly as possible.
9. What can I do if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with something, you have 30 days after receiving the goods to request a return or exchange. Just send us a message and we will find a solution!
10. My discount code is not working, why?
Please note that discounts cannot be combined. For example, if you are already benefiting from a volume discount, no additional coupon code can be applied.
11. Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 3 hours of purchase. We start production very quickly and usually only need one to two days to manufacture your order. If the cancellation is made within these 3 hours, you will of course receive a full refund. Please note: As our products are personalized and made especially for you, a processing fee of €9 per item will be charged for cancellations after the 3 hours. In this case, we will refund the purchase price minus this processing fee.
